  To assist others looking for a reliable builder, I wanted to place on record how delighted we are with the extension to our home, constructed by Broadoak Building Company. As soon as we met Glynn we felt comfortable with his courteous and "listening" approach to our requirements. He followed this up with a very detailed quotation, promising no nasty surprises with hidden extras, and thats exactly how it was. The only extras were for a few things we wanted to add during construction, which Glynn priced (very fairly)on the spot, so we knew exactly what we were spending. He started the job when we agreed and it all went very smoothly ( no days with no one on site!). The quality of finish exceeded our expectations and Glynn was on site regularly to ensure that everything was OK, that we were happy and that the site was always left tidy. If you want a builder who will be reliable and do exactly what has been agreed at the price that was agreed, then Glynn is the man for you.
